These terms govern your use of the Career Ops software tool ("Career Ops"). By connecting Career Ops to your Google account or otherwise using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Career Ops.
Career Ops automates a personal job-application workflow: tracking job postings, scoring them for fit against your profile, drafting tailored application documents, submitting standard application forms on job boards and employer career sites, and emailing you a daily report. It runs with permissions you grant on your own Google account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use Career Ops to:
Documents Career Ops generates for you (CVs, cover letters, reports) are yours. You are responsible for reviewing anything Career Ops drafts or submits before it represents you.
Career Ops is provided as-is and as-available. Features may change or be discontinued. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its effective date, and continued use after an update means acceptance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Ops is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that applications will be submitted successfully, that documents will be error-free, or that any job outcome will result. Application outcomes (interviews, offers, employer responses) are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Career Ops operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost data, or wasted application effort arising from your use of or inability to use Career Ops.
You may stop using Career Ops at any time by revoking its Google access. We may suspend or discontinue Career Ops at any time; on discontinuation, your data remains in your own Google account.
